Distribution by Movies Plus TV
Submit your movie, TV show, or music video for distribution on our OTT networks. We have two programs. 1.) Commercial content: This service involves posting your content on our Movies Plus and “The Movie Network” TV apps on Roku and Fire TV. The distribution hits about 800,000 Subscribers. When possible, we sometimes can waive the submission fee, just contact Dean for details. 2.) For noncommercial FAN FILMS, we use MetroFilmFestival.com for submissions, and we offer several goodies for the Fan Filmmaker, including theatrical screenings, related events/activities at the Neutral Zone Star Trek Studio, and noncommercial streaming/publicity on our Star Trek Continued Fan Film TV-APP on Roku.

More about the MpTV Network
The following information is for those of you who wish to pursue exposure and publicity on our Connected Television Network. The Movies Plus TV brand operates under the Apple Pie Films, LLC network of connected TV channels. We started in 2015 on Amazon with a Fire TV channel, and we now have over 400,000 Subscribers on Fire TV, and another 200,000 on MpTV’s Roku channel. We also operate 5 “Niche” channels, for example, our Badass TV channel is an Extreme sports channel with about 50,000 Roku subscribers.
And there’s great news for “Micro-TV” producers and other TV/Film producers — We can place your videos on MpTV, and maybe even on our partner networks. This program has changed over the last few years, so please speak to Dean directly if you have informational or animal videos of 2-3 minutes.
Additional Distribution
We also operate numerous Roku channels. Movies Plus on Roku has about 200,00 Subscribers, and our 2nd largest channel on Roku is “The Movie Network” with about 150,000 Subs. We recently noticed an increase in Ratings on TMN, a jump from 800 to over 900, and in the CTV world, this translates to at least 4 new Subscribers per rating. It may not sound like much, but it means a lot more active-viewership. “The Movie Network” is now GEO FENCED for USA viewers only. It’s a perfect way for Over the Air broadcast stations to expand your footprint. And it’s free — that’s right, no fees, and no Ad-Revenue sharing or Barter either. An example of how it works
Here’s one example of how our Distribution works: If a musician or band is interested in selling more records, a placement on our live-streaming channels is a great way to get exposure. We currently use content by several networks, including the 30A.TV Network. Also, we have relationships with many others including David Zucker Productions and companies that produce Music Interview Programs that air on platforms outside of MpTV.
Distribution of Short Films
“I don’t accept everyone. I only work with artists I believe in. If I choose you, I’ll introduce you to real Connected TV platforms.” Our current lineup of TV-Apps support Indie-shorts. And if your movie is accepted for distribution, then similar to the above scenario, we would place movie/TV programming on Roku, Fire, Android/Google TV, and our other TV-Apps as a Live Stream or VOD.
